Shipments and returns
1. We take extensive care regarding the shipping of the products and its packaging while dispatching it. The products are wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure their safety while in transit.
2. We try and ship the product within 24 hours of receipt of the order. For orders received on second half of Saturday and Sunday, the dispatches are carried out on Monday.
3. If the shipment is tampered or damaged, please do not accept it. It would help if you can inform us of the same on our customer support contact number or email.
4. If the order is updated as delivered but the user has not received the order, kindly intimate to the customer service team via call or email within 24 hours of the delivery intimation. We take about 48-72 hours to investigate with our courier partners.
5. For all claims regarding shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of the order delivery. We require 3 working days to investigate and review your request.
The standard ground mail service used is Shiprocket. We try to dispatch all our orders within 24-48 hours in normal BAU days. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times and it is dependent on the courier partner and location.
1. The shipping and handling charges are mentioned at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
2. Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company. We usually dispatch most orders within 1-3 business days.
3. The estimated delivery time may vary slightly from state to state. Days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are calculated as working days.
4. A times we may also do split shipments. Different parts of your order may be shipped separately. You will only have to pay the shipping charge as mentioned at the time of check out.
